After seeing the commercial dozens of times, like I am sure you have too, I decided to order the program to see if these grandeos claims were really true. I do know that the note aftermarket is a HUGE market, but I wanted to see if Russ Dalbey has really fournd out a way that the average person can make money.

WITCFB makes some bold claims and tries to tell you that there are only "3 simple steps" Find them, List them, and Make money!" But I discovered that there is A LOT more to it than that.

First of all Winning in the Cash Flow Business ™ makes a big deal out of the fact that they give yoiu a thirty day refund, big deal! There is no way that you could get anywhere near making any progress in this business in thirty measly days.

When you order the "initial" information, you will start receiving calls from Russ Dalbey 's "Mentors" almost immediately, even BEFORE you receive the material! They actually try to convince you to pay $2900 for their "coaching" before you have read one word of the course material. Why is that?

It is soon very obvious after you receive the materials. It is information overload. The send you so much information that it would be difficult to make heads or tails out of it in thirty days, much less any money. It is confusing and not in any particular order, almost like it was designed to be confusing!

After I had actually had the material for a couple of days I received another phone call from the Winning in the Cash Flow Business ™ "mentor." This time he was telling me I had been "selected" to be one of the testimonials on the commercial and that he was going to help me through my first 5 Note Deals. I pressed him and he told me that HE has never even done a "Note Deal" before, ever!

Then he did something I could not believe. After sitting right there and telling me that he had NO EXPERIENCE, almost in the same breath he asked me for $8000! Needless to say, I was shocked and insulted.

I could see that this was obviously some sort of money pit and I just hung up on him and immediately sent the "material" back and I never received my refund.

Unfortunately, I talked to people very often who have actually been bitten by these Vipors. Some have lost many thousands of dollars and never made a dime. In all fairness, I might have been past the thirty days when I sent back the information, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one, but that is not the case with MANY others.

You see, the fine print states that anything that you pay above and beyond the initial fee for the material is NON REFUNDABLE. Of course, they don't publicize that little fact.

I did not have a good experience with these people and I have email after email from people who REALLY did not have a good experience! There are much better, easier, and a lot less expensive to make money from home and there is just no need for you to put yourself through all of this.
